Hey, I’m The Counter-Top Guy.  I’ve worked in the counter-top industry for almost 20 years.  First I was employed by Dolan & Traynor, the NY/NJ regional Corian distributor.  I went through the official DuPont certification training there and eventually began my own business. My goal was to repair and refinish solid surfaces like Corian.  I also fabricated and installed Corian. As time went on I added other surfaces, currently our largest percentage of installations are quartz (engineered stone) products like Cambria, Zodiaq & CaesarStone. While I do a lot of new counter-tops, repairing and maintaining solid surfaces is my passion. If you have a question about solid surface counter-tops drop me a line!

Hi, we live in Highland Park NJ and we have a 15 year old Corian counter with built in sink that is very stained and scratched. Is it possible to resurface the sink and/or replace the sink with a drop in sink?

Hi, I have a question about Pental Arezzo quartz. It is white with a dark grey vein. I chose the slabs and then saw them again just before cutting and they were really white with the vein. The installers brought it in and it was beautiful – white. I left and they installed it. I returned the next day. Now it had turned blue-ish. Why might that have happened? I am devastated. Thanks for any info!
